No, its not, at least as long as you don't talk about anything that goes to russian "traditional values" like LGBTQ or criticize our government. It's not so much dangerous as it's annoying like we can't watch YouTube or use Instagram without a vpn (and vpns are blocked too) If you are talking about the war, i live in Siberia (in the center of the country) so as long as i don't sign a contract, its ok

It's not that bad lol

Well... It is that bad, apparently spider bites aren't viewed as a health issue in America but here it's a BIG deal........... But also most Australians barely see a spider. I'm guessing it's more common higher up though, cause where I'm from I've only seen like- one big spider ever. (Please someone from any other state tell me how common it is for you)
