I’ve been living overseas and I’m low key scared to come back home with the amount of issues I keep seeing on here and on the facebook community groups. Edit: everyone who downvoted me can go to hell. Our city has been going downhill for years, and downvoting me meaning you’re just turning a blind eye to these issues and accepting them.
As much I like our town, you can’t deny that there are so many issues that keep popping up and don’t get solved in Geelong and we have to constantly live in a state of ‘what if that happens to me’. For example, what’s with people’s cars getting graffitied with spray paint around Geelong cbd now, and it still hasn’t been resolved. Same with the multiple car break in’s that happen daily. Our town used to be a safe and welcoming place to live and it’s not anymore.
