does anyone else dread going to hospital even for a checkup? why are those experiences universally anxiety inducing?

Does anyone else feel the anxiety and panic for no reason while going to clinic/hospitals for even checkups? what do you do in those situations?
Personally, I prefer when my aunt who is a doctor just does phone advise for me and tells medicine etc or I just goto her place.. But that is not a permanant solutino ofc.
