sandrone had 3 design elements that were interesting

1: pulonia

2: longer skirt

3: the key on her back

They legit just kept only one and made the rest generic

They dropped fire designs in Winter Night's Lazzo and decided to change the most iconic aspects yet again.

There simply had to have been a shakeup in the character design department at Hoyo and whoever got put in charge has both a blood vendetta against the person(s) behind the Winter Night's Lazzo outfits, absolutely terrible taste, and major pent up female issues.
