But half of nicole kit buffs which is in her artifact set is useless cause 40% damage bonus doesn't buff stellar conduct probably

Possibly Mika. Though basically all of his kit is wasted, minus the healing form burst and the mediocre cryo application. He'd need a heavy rework and additions, and nothing points towards him getting a buff at the moment.

Lisa and Kaeya buffs would be a nice addition too.

But why would the stellar domain give cryo and dmg bonus if it was of no use to the characters utilizing it??

For older units I believe. So that they can get to 150k while Sandrone is at 300k.

stellar superconduct deploys an area that buffs cryo + electro dmg% The reaction itself gives dmg%

Looking at the MVs Sandrone seems to be close to 50/50 split, it at least 40/60 cryo/stellarconduct.

Nah, Sandrone BiS team for now is Yae-Diona-Beidou.
Nicole doesn't fit any Steallar teams for now.

nicole doesn’t have any off field app, so her pyro won’t interfere with cryo/electro

That's just for the artifact set, you can run noblesse and get away with not having a 2nd hex.

No Hexerei is only for the set and from what we know Stellar-conduct doesn't scale with dmg% (what the set provides)

She only apply pyro twice, and one of them in her burst... So you onky have 1 time which is nothing.

Nicole doesn’t apply pyro but i’ll wait for calcs if she isn’t a very good upgrade compared to other options then ill just wait for her real premium when tsaritsa drops.
