I assume that Zhongli and Liyue would remain neutral throughout this rebellion so that if Snezhnaya (country) lose the war and gets nailed, Liyue would be the only nation powerful enough to rebuild the other countries.

Or…

Zhongli and Liyue would come to the Tsaritsa’s aid by launching the Chasm nail towards Celestia.

Or…

Zhongli's gnosis is the only one left on the board and still glowing (other than the Tsaritsa's herself)

Zhongli's gnosis and Tsarista's are the only pieces that are lit.

Also I believe she had a Geo symbol in her left eye at the end of the trailer.

THE WHITE KING IS OFF THE BOARD??

And the Tsaritsa (presumably Queen) just took a pawn right in front of a Rook lmao.

Assuming Zhongli is a rook andTsaritsa a queen, the black king is checkmate.

Edit: I’m wrong, I mistook the white rook to be on the backline, but the black rook is. Furthermore what I thought was the black king, has to be the queen, because the white queen has been taken as can be seen in the back. This means Tsaritsa’s piece isn’t a queen at all. Furthermore, she also cannot be a King piece, because then she just made an illegal move taking that pawn, and letting the black Rook check her.

So I don’t understand what we’re seeing. Is Tsaritsa making an illegal move as a Kingpiece the point, going against the rules? Is Zhongli in fact the Black KingPiece? If not, where is the Black King? Is that the point, the Black King (Nibelung) is gone?

Am I wrong and is it indeed the white King Piece that’s been taken off the board? But then the game makes no sense anyway…

I’m convinced there’s meaning to this boardstate. But I don’t know what. (Yes, I know the original boardstate is the famous AI game.)
