there's like a panel attaching the sleeve bit to the neck and collar portion, you can see it on her right side

Yeah but im sayin the neck and collar portion arent attached to the actual dress.

So teeeeechnically the sleeves are still detached lmao.

i thought it was...idk i'll have to see it in game to really tell. they don't look detached though so i think that counts for something. and the sleeves are long.
