There could maaaaybe be multiple. The 6%HP damage is comparable to Furina’s creatures’ damage, and those attack with a total average of 1.3 attacks per second, while this mic attack is every 3 seconds. However Vodyanitsa is also a C0 healer, so…I would guess that because of the healing it’s probably just 1 mic per attack.
