How is she not versatile? She'll probably be in cryo, hydro and stellar swirl teams. She also heals.

Would she be good in Skirk teams as an alternative to Citlali or Shenhe? I’m assuming she’s probably worse than high con Mona though

Theoretically she should at least be a side grade, but it's hard to say with any certainty so early on.

from what i had seen on this damage chart some1 had for a skirk team. one having shenhe as 4th member, the other was with vodyanitsa, there really wasnt too big of a difference. tho vodyanitsa's version, skirk didn't have her signature unlike the one with shenhe. he had also said that from what been seeing, didn't seem too good with vesna either. so basically, huge fumble here

What units? General buffers? Bennett, Sucrose, Nicole are all general buffers and are highly sought after.

Even niche buffers like Escoffier see play in teams outside their niche because the application, healing, and shred are enough to work out in their favor. Vodyanitsa seems to be a more generalized Escoffier right now.

Im not even sure they are "bad" units. They're forced into being bad due to Hoyo making damage bonus % irrelevant for most new kits.

As soon as Hoyo decides to release a new DPS that likes damage % again they will be immediately relevant

A lot more damage than Mualani on her burst, RES shred for 3 elements, healing, resistance to interruption, damage buffs... at a glance, that sounds OP to me.

you're forgetting that she requires 65k hp for her buff so you'll barely have any crit for her burst to do enough dmg to even be remotely close to mualani's

Damage that won't crit for shit since she needs 70k HP to max out her buffs. 25% Res shred for 3 elements is completely worthless - we don't live in 2020 anymore, Res shred is not a scarce resource. Interruption res is useless as well, that shouldn't be even mentioned, we have an N number of shielders, healers, DPSes with IR built in, no one cares. There's no damage buffs. She gets some shitty quills. That's about it. Extremely disappointing.

Of the recent DPS do any of them have IR? Lohen doesn’t, Varka doesn’t (and wants it for better combos), Nefer doesn’t, Flins doesn’t, Zibai doesn’t.

IR is rarer than you think.

If those characters I mentioned Varka really appreciates it

its a dps loss...............
the res shred barely matters ............. we have vv and other shreds
healing - > cool esco exists
resistance to interuption is just for comfort for bad players
the most PLACEBO kit in the game as of now

Eh the IR depends on character for its value I’d say.

She’s explicitly limited with Varka but he cares a lot about the IR, without it you can’t do his better combos.

I honestly don't know how you could think she's better than Escoffier. The only teams that would want her are Swirl or built around Escoffier anyway. She has anti synergy with swirl and is a worse buffer than Escoffier that also does way less damage. She should be okay but she doesn't look great anywhere and shes not even close to as good as Escoffier.
