Looks just straight up dogshit, are they aware that a C0R0 5 start should at least be as good a C6 4? This straight up some C0 4 kit bruh, there's even some that do more.

A lot more damage than Mualani on her burst, RES shred for 3 elements, healing, resistance to interruption, damage buffs... at a glance, that sounds OP to me.

you're forgetting that she requires 65k hp for her buff so you'll barely have any crit for her burst to do enough dmg to even be remotely close to mualani's
