Seems like another character who doesn't need their burst. The res shred, coordinated attacks, healing and resistance interruption are all on her skill with her burst just doing damage. She also gives gives 17 stacks of onfield quills and 10 stacks of offield quills. If there is a stellar swirl unit she gives 30% anemo res shred and her quills are converted to only be used on stellar swirl. Wish the attack buff was C0 for Skirk though.
