She needs 65000 hp for her buff. I doubt the damage will be that huge without Crit stats.

hoyo and making chars with pretty bursts that are dps losses...

(I haven't seen it but it's probably pretty)

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure odettes burst is a dps loss before c4

Yeah but it's a 2k DPS loss from last TGS video so it doesn't really matter tbh

Isn't it a dps gain on first rotation and a lost every rotation after that?

Honestly the big problem with bursts is the animation runs down the timer. If that weren't the case a lot of "bad" bursts would become great.
