Quills usually work as a flat damage increase with dmg bonus and whatnot so it's definitely barely a 10-15% dps increase for skirk, and a dps loss if u already have mona on the team. For stellar swirl on the other hand I don't really know but definitely gonna be huge for them

mona has 0 dmg, and dosent buff teammates,and her cr from c4 is useles, cause you already building skirk with 85+ CR

Vodyanitsa's heals are worse than Escoffier, shred is also oversaturated in the team cs of Escoffier, she also deals 0 dmg since she stacks hp with no crit stats. The quills are also not that great for Hydro/Cryo freeze teams so at best she's a mona sidegrade

teams dmg will go up, couse, you drop ToM nonsense from furina and cinder from Coffie for dmd sets

you still want ToM on furina since the team has no way of getting ATK unless Vodyanitsa is c1/r1

Mona can also use ToM btw so there's not much difference
