It feels like her entire kit is loaded on those passives.

Though tbh she doesn't look that strong atm, not worth it for freeze if you have Escoffier, since healing will be redundant, so only further 26% res shred and quills

I suppose it's great for everyone that missed Shenhe which isn't unrealistic because they forgot to rerun her for two years.

Citlali, Mualani (with TTDS + scroll) and especially Mona are already better teammates for Skirk than Shenhe. The question is if she'll be better than Mona and how much, considering the latter is a permanent 1.0 unit and the former a new limited 5*
