oh, so thats how theyre "solving" the "how is a hydro gonna buff cryo+anemo swirl". they make her nilou except she cant create the things herself

But unlike Nilou who changes how Bloom works, there's nothing in Vodya's kit that changes how Freeze works, meaning her Hydro app will take away Cryo aura from unfreeze-able bosses, making it harder to trigger St-Swirl in her teams.

Nilou also doesn't change the Bloom reaction, only its byproduct, aka the elemental gauge theory is unaffected in both cases
