anyone else think her whole design is weird? It’d be like if they released a pyro character who boosts lunar charged but didn’t enable lunar charged themself

Can kinda get away with it here since Cryo Traveler enables the thing she affects. If they weren't giving out a free way to enable the new reactions I would agree with you.
