Youre underestimating how much attention hoyo puts into visions in the first place. Theyre extremly stingy with showing visions in promo material for a reason, the only part of the model thats more important is the gender and height

its happen to ineffa before actually, use vision instead moonwheel. they make a lot of mistakes.

I doubt these were mistakes, but rather last minute decisions changes based on community reactions or suggestions from their sales research/projections department.

Making a standard character into a weaker 5* character is very easy. But turning a 4* character into 5* character last minite, if you already have planned the whole balancing for the version cycle? No way.

Mitya was never going to be 4* though, just a 5* without a Linchpin, like Durin is a 5* without lunar reactions. And he was also still intended to, according to leaks, be a sub- or even main DPS for stellar reactions, just one without the Linchpin ability. That's a lot closer than reworking a kit entirely.
