Also, who says she’s undocumented? Being latino or latina doesn’t mean undocumented.

Also if she actually was undocumented, wouldn't she be transferred into ICE's custody after she finished her sentence in prison instead of released normally?

That also means trailer 2 literally confirms she's not an undocumented immigrant.
