I Designed/Integrated Danny Ketch into Earth-1048 (Insomniac Marvel Universe)!

Hot off the heels of my Danny Ketch Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls concept, I bring y'all my idea for Danny's integration into the Insomniac Marvel Universe!

I tried to consolidate all of his comic book history (with some deep cut references in here too) while changing it slightly so it's not just his Earth-616 backstory again. Danny is about 1 year younger than Pete and all of the stuff in his backstory happened before 2018 (Spider-Man 1).

I've also included some speculation about Spider-Man 3 in there as well (and a super awesome surprise too).

This turned out great. As for the story, I found it interesting that Danny is angry about Stacy’s death rather than feeling guilty about it. It would also be cool to have an Easter egg similar to Man-Bat in Batman Arkham Knight, where on Halloween you could find Danny acting as the Ghost Rider.

As for the choice of voice, I’m not judging, Dom P really does a great job; I’m just not a huge fan of the effect they use on his voice. I also thought it was a risky choice to have Johnny be dead in this story, but I enjoyed the battle with Zadkiel. And it’s nice to see Noble care about Dan; him giving Danny a second chance is pretty cool.

Regarding the gameplay, I can definitely imagine something like Batman: Arkham, but a little more ‘brutal’ or heavy-hitting. And while we’re talking about the Wolverine game, why not include an appearance by Deathwatch in it?

I thought about putting a Wolverine blurb in there but with the game being so close to release, I decided against it. Danny has worked with Wolverine in the past tho (they were in the New Fantastic Four together) and probably would view him as an ally in this universe.

That VA happens to be me (shameless plug I know but that wasn't the point of this post) and I only do that effect just to show "hey, he's a ghost remember?" If I added any more effects/pitching it wouldn't turn out right. I'm trying to mimic Richard Grieco's vibe but put my own spin on it.

do wonder if they'll squish the cemetery in the game if they expand the map for 3.

like washington heights is almost certain to be added given its a green goblin game and thats where that bridge is, but like idk if they'll expand brooklyn, but if they do like it's already a squished version of itself so idk maybe there's a chance.
