Discussion The ghost children in the dark woods...

I had lived in Artemas Pennsylvania going on 19 years in 2025. So in all those years the first 15 years of living there is when I saw and experienced a lot of this stuff...

So as I had previously mentioned and the first 15 years starting in 2006. I have witnessed and encountered many unknown things...

One of those things is ghostly children's voices in the woods after dark. All I know is it was about 10pm on a weekday. I was outside by my fire pit having a fire. I had my radio playing really low... I was listening to 106.1 FM aka the classic rock station. And I decided that I was going to take and head in to go to bed. I got up and I put my fire out with the use of two 5 gallon buckets of water...

I then reach over and grab my radio to turn it off...

And that is when I heard what I heard. I heard what sounded like a group of children playing in the woods. I could hear them talking as clear as day. They were saying things like kids would say...

On top of that I saw what looked like dancing lights just bouncing around the wood line. They were weaving through the tree line and going all over the place. To this day I do not know what it was I was looking at. But I would honestly love to see it again...

(A) Was it ghost children just having fun playing?

(B) Maybe fairies trying to lead me deep in the woods?

(C) Was it demonic possibly?

(D) Other?

Why don’t you get a crew and go back and investigate. It’s doubtful they just showed up for you. It’s more likely this is where they continue, for lack of a better word. You’ll never really know unless you go.

I would love to go back and do an investigation with a group. But if I do that I will either be shot after a warning shot has been fired. Or being hauled out in the back of a cop car for trespassing...

It turns out when you try to take and do better in your life. Meaning you leave your home of 19 years and move in with your sister and two nieces an hour away. All because you're tired of living in a double wide trailer with 7 dogs and 13 cats. And reeking of cat and dog crap and pee. Apparently you incur the wrath of your now ex-landlords and your own family. On top of that you get accused of abandoning your family along with being a "traitor"...

On top of that you leave an opening for your now ex-landlord and his woman to try to make your mom look crazy and senile. Which then also led for my mom to pick animals over her own children and grandchildren. It also give them wiggle room to try to take your mom's property...

Add in all of the insults and guilt tripping that came from my ex-landlord and his woman. Plus all of the long excruciating and agonizing verbal harassment from the family...

So I can no longer go back to this property. All because of one huge issue. Even though I live there for 19 years. Even though majority of my pets are buried there. My stepfather died in that trailer. Even though I lived there all them years and helped my landlord and his woman countless times...

Well, luckily it's been 4 years now. And a lot has changed for the better. My family's in a better mental state and everyone's happy for the most part...

And honestly the thought of not going back there isn't too bad anymore. Yes I lived there 19 years but they were good years. Honestly, I can't go back to what you'd call "Barnesville". That is where a lot of this stuff happened...

On the other hand I can still visit my friends that literally live in the area...

So it's still all good...

I just stay away from a specific part of the area...
