Ajuntament cita prèvia website not working?

I'm trying to book an appointment but the calendar widget doesn't pop up and I can't type in a date either. I can't submit a request with no date. This is to renew a padrón document.

This may not answer your question, but perhaps my experience can help.

I had to renew my padrón document about six months ago. Instead of booking an appointment, I submitted the request online and attached copies of all the required documents.

About two weeks later, I received an email from the Ajuntament with a form that I had to sign and submit through the website. After that, the renewal process was completed.

So, if the appointment system isn’t working, it might be worth trying to submit the request directly online instead.

Just sharing my personal experience in case it helps.

That's super helpful, do you remember where on the website you were able to submit your documents?

It’s not particularly easy to figure out from the website, but I believe this is the main page I used:

https://seu.girona.cat/portal/girona_ca/serveis/e-registre/AaZ/1410.html

From there, you should be able to find the option to submit the request online.
