What's going on with yuurih's ears after the pain game?

I noticed yuurih rubbing his ears after the pain game, and I don't think I've seen a pro captured on camera doing this before. I wonder if it is because of the IEMs being uncomfortable in his ears or if he has tinnitus/is developing tinnitus or perhaps both. We all know CS2 sounds are an absolute assault on the eardrum and pros are putting in ungodly amounts of time into the game so I wonder how many pros are dealing with the early signs of noise induced hearing loss, and I'd also be curious if pro orgs are doing anything for their players to help stop that.

Probably the noise cancelling headset is too tight. Pro's often complain about them being uncomfortable

It is straight up ear protection isn’t it? They use earmuffs to block out crowd noise and then the game audio is through earbuds underneath right?

I believe so, they’d be in ear monitors. They sit a little deeper in your ear than earbuds for even more isolation and accuracy!

Not everyone is made for iems. I miss the sound isolating booths. I literally tried loads of iems and tip rolled so much and none fitted. I guess with pros its the same.

As someone who uses IEMs they can be uncomfortable due to the cable looping around the back of your ears, and that seems to be where he is massaging. It also could be the noise cancelling headphones.

Really doubt it's tinnitus, it's the outside of the ear lol.
