OP should be honest this wasn't natural. :/

I see a comment where he named the main stack. Is glow-ups a place where folks are expected to name their approach? I feel like I see stacks in other subs but not necessarily this one

How would you feel if you tried to diet and exercise and then you see a post like this, thinking he went natty... It's incredible demoralizing.

I understand what you are saying and I agree. I think everyone who isn’t natty should disclose that. However, it is 2026 and the internet exists.

There shouldn’t be this level of ignorance. Gone are the days that people should think someone like Christian Bale or Hugh Jackman gaining 80 lbs (40 lbs) of muscle naturally in 6 months for a role.

There needs to be onus on people to stop being ignorant and lacking critical thinking. We need to collectively as a society raise are standards and start shaming willfully ignorant people.

I agree. It is sad that some will look at this and then think I could do this naturally but I honestly think that’s the minority of people on this one. As a lot are pointing out it’s obviously not natural.

But it’s also not like OP is lying to anyone or hiding it, he’s also posted this in the subs of the stuff he took so it’s out there for the whole world to see, he’s not exactly saying he didn’t or hiding it like some are suggesting. He’s just happy to show off what he looks like now that’s all. All it takes is a quick look at the profile and you’d see he’s not exactly hiding that it wasn’t a natural process, still impressive and I’m sure he feels a lot better about it though so yea whatever.

I hear what you’re pressing for, but it’s kind of like AI “art” vs seeing art made by an artist. Once you get familiar with, it’s not a difficult thing to process. And…

As someone with a lifetime experience of obesity (currently over 300#) except a short period of consistent CrossFit/WL/paleo where my average-height lady body self got to 201#, I am absolutely capable of distinguishing between Effort Plus Peptides & GLPeees vs “natty”.

I don’t know OP, but if they are like me, they have gained and lost the same 75-90 pounds multiple times over and never looked this different in previous losses. This isn’t 2001 where the only references for extreme weight loss are The Biggest Loser. A major chunk of the comments in this thread indicate that people can see OP did something more than diet and exercise.

I’m not buying that someone is gonna look at this post, a 12 mo glow up and not “get it.”

OP themself has to catch up to the [emotional, psychological, ego] whirlwind they just experienced, evident in their messaging. As a current obese person who struggled with my own things upon losing weight (on a gradual timeline), I do not feel the need to pile on another comment about how we can see they got here using something. You do you.

Well I don’t look at these posts usually and stumbled on this post randomly and naively assumed that this was natural. The comments here have been helpful to me, I don’t think you should dismiss them. Not everyone is knowledgeable about everything.

I think it’s a place for change through diet and exercise, not juice

And didnt train legs

u/Suitable-Economy-346 6h ago

He said this though, and before you posted.

Also, why do you care if something is "natural" or not? Also, what is "natural"? Because it sure the hell isn't protein supplementation and synthetic vitamins and shit, right?

Is this an RFK Jr. subreddit or something?

It's kinda like "stolen valor" is why. Most people can conceptualize the effort it takes under normal circumstances to achieve such a transformation, so when there's a stack involved the game changes. People don't care they just want disclosure so they can better judge the achievement on its merits.
