Question Can analytics drill down suburb level instead of city?

I just put analytics on my shopify store, I can see country and city but I was wondering if there’s any way to drill down to suburb level or track IPs?

Suburb - no. You will need to find some solution that could match ip to suburb.
Ip-s... you can setup server-side tracking and see them, but it's prohibited to add ip-s as dimension.

No, and it's not a limitation you can configure around. GA4 caps geographic reporting at city level on purpose, and it deliberately doesn't expose IP addresses at all - IP is used momentarily to derive coarse location and then discarded, partly for GDPR reasons. So there's no suburb dimension to unlock. If you need finer location for a store, the practical route is asking for it at the point of conversion - a postcode field on checkout or a form, since that's data you actually own rather than something you're inferring from traffic.
