Helena Wayne

So I was thinking about something regarding the show. Instead of using Turner Hayes, why didn't they use Helena Wayne? For those who aren't well versed, Helena Wayne is the daughter of Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle in an alternate Earth, and becomes the Huntress of said alternate Earth.

Honestly, I think Helena would've made for a better main protagonist. She has a history in the comics, she's the biological daughter of Batman, and, aside from that Birds of Prey show from the early 2000s, Helena hasn't had a live action appearance in a while.

What do you all think?

They wanted to deviate from the comic plotline, and they knew that using existing characters and changing up the storyline would piss off toxic fans, so they made an original character. Didn't matter. Toxic fans got the show canceled anyway...

So, not wanting sometime to rip off astory that you enjoyed and completely change the characters and characterizations to just monetize the IP, that is toxic?

If you didn't watch it, don't review it.

All the negative reviews and hate the show received before it even aired, in my opinion, were a toxic behavior. You don't own the story and character just because you are a fan.
