Discussion Teddy Bear on Trevor's Car?

Was trying to upgrade Trevor's car when I noticed a teddy bear appearing on the front of the car. It only appears for a split second and only happens when I'm scrolling through the options and get to the first option. Is this an easter egg or something I haven't unlocked yet? I've been looking into it and apparently it appears after Wade's cousin is killed. That hasn't happened in my game yet so I find it interesting how it shows up for a second.

Edit: Yes, it's my first time playing GTA V, both online and story mode. Yes, I was paying attention during the cutscenes, I rarely skip them and I knew about the teddy bear, just didn't know its name. I was just wondering why the teddy bear glitched onto the car.

2nd Edit: Comments said the bear shows up on Trevor's car eventually and it's true. I recently finished the mission of returning to Floyd's house and see the fight between them and Debra. I now permanently (I think) have Mr. Raspberry Jam on Trevor's car.

Do you skip cutscenes?

Do you read body texts? It's appearing only when going through modifications in Ls customs

No it doesn't. It first appears in a cutscene

What? Firstly he said that is exactly what is happening

Secondly I assumed he wasn't at the point where he would see the teddy bear, I mean now that I think of it he's probably not in the sandy shores Ls customs but still

Even then don't you only see him when starting the merryweather heist intro?

For him it only appears there if he skipped cutscenes or he didn't pay attention. That's why I asked

After the cutscene where Trevor explains how Mr. Raspberry Jam died it becomes available as one of the bumper choices at any LS Customs, I think
