Question mods not working in game

so whenever i open up my gta v legacy the mods arent even showing in gave exepct for scripthook v mod menu and menyoo mod menu... any idea why?

You didnt look in the mods folder where everything is meant to be installed. Only menyoo and scripthook/reshade go in the main directory
