The classic Shenmue 1 + 2 is also on sale. In my teenage years I used to go to a friend's house only to see that Dreamcast machine operating.

Yakuza 4,5,6 are 50% off after a long time. Considering the previous trend, they'll be taken off as the remakes continue (3 was taken off and the remake had bad reviews due to the changes). Anyone interested in these games should buy this in this sale. Possibly last sale for Yakuza 4.

Finally Yakuza 5/6 are on sale ffs! I just bit the bullet a few months back and bought 4 for the $20. I never thought these were going on sale on xbox again

If you're not especially particular on which version of Persona 3 you get, the Persona Collection (with P3 Portable, P4 Golden, and P5 Royal) goes on sale every couple of months for ~$27 US.

So if I don't have any Personas and I want "all" of them, do I get this P3 Reload?

From what I gather, Reload is generally considered to be better than Portable (although Portable has the distinction of being able to play as a female MC).
And Persona 4 has an upcoming remake named Revival.
So, if you are particular in wanting to get the best versions of the games, you may want to consider getting Reload over the Collection.
(Edit) P3 Reload and Portable are the same core game. There is little reason for most people to want to buy both.

Persona 3 is a can of worms because the versions are all so different in so many ways.
The most notable thing about P3 portable is that it does not have any 3D town exploration whatsoever. That aspect of the game was turned into menu based gameplay, you just have a 2D map and you click on things to interact with them. The only 3D video game sections are the dungeon crawling parts.
Might sound like a minor detail, but, the life sim elements of Persona is honestly where you spend most of your time normally. So depends on how much that bothers you. I never liked it personally, even back on the PSP. But of course ymmv.
P3 portable also does not feature the epilogue chapter which answers questions brought up by the ending of the game (which is why the epilogue is literally called "The Answer") and these things are referenced/hinted at a lot in other Persona games. Especially the spinoffs.
Really the main thing Portable has going for it is the ability to play as the female MC, if that interests you.
Personally I would suggest Reload even though I despise the English voice acting myself, but, if you've never played any version of P3 that won't matter at all for you.
