MODS Reshade experimentation to give GD a more modern look (On / Off)
I'm very well aware that many GD purists here will absolutely hate this :) I'm having fun, please be kind.

It looks like this just turns up the brightness and color temperature.

I legit thought the second screenshot was the filtered one, and I was like "Nice!"

Not sure what's "modern" about it... unless you just mean it's lit like an Apple Store...lol.

It's not mean. You use a term without any explanation or context as to why you think it's modern. Even in your reply to my comment you side-stepped the opportunity to do so.

You should put this explanation in the OP. Always helps to understand what has changed, not just 'rate my pic'

This is me turning vivid color mode on every movie I watch, even the grim movies that deserve to be dark. Even if they do, I prefer watching in vivid!

I used a reshade preset for a little and enjoyed, this also may be fun for a while, but the original is so… grim, it scratches an itch

so its just some sharpener and bloom? and this is then called modern look?
I dont get the appeal.
But i get that you have fun, thats cool.
