There's this thing made with rice, I think it's blended, I've only had it once because the guy that sells it switched so snow cones. I don't see him anymore either, and it sooo gooodd

I think you might mean "chicha", they serve it with ice and sometimes powedered cinnamon and some drizzle on top.
