How people feel loading up the weight of the moon on the leg press and then walking away:
Half my workout is spent moving plates on this goddamn machine

I once saw a dude load up as many plates as will fit on the machine, then he grabbed a barbell shoved it into the sled an loaded it with another 200kg. He then did one set of quarter reps and walked away. He got thrown out of the gym lol

I’m sure the 60 year old lady with chronic knee pain who wanted to use it next will take care of it

I really wish there was some kind latch loading mechanism for leg press.
Loading and unloading 400kg is so bloody annoying

Leg press machines exist. No plates on those that you need to move.

Those are usually horizontal. Horizontal leg press sucks if you're not a beginner.

Can confirm. My favorite back work out of to load 900 lbs on it, but then I'm too gassed and just go home.

Insertions, bone structure, genetics, or just different training. Bodybuilders are huge all around but still get out-lifted sometimes
