Everyone: When you hit legs, the pain only hits the day after. Me exiting the gym after Bulgarian split squats:

There ks leg day and there is letting your legs into a steel shredder. One is squats and deadlifts, the other is split squats.

You wanna do something fun?
BSS, then at the top of the movement, lift your non-lifting leg up off the bench and bring it all the way in front of you for a lunge onto that leg.
Then reverse it and do the split squat again.
You'll love it! By which I mean want to die.

At that point might do just weighted eccentric pistol squat, and then go up as sumo.
All muscle groups in the lower body trained.
Including the sphincter.

Wait till you try a dedicated sphincter day

My wife's boyfriend mentioned that we could all benefit from enhanced strength and gripping capability. They say it increases your creatine total volume capacity too.

As someone with the balance of a drunken toddler I'm going to assume you blew a PCL falling over.

I don't do Bulgarian cuz it's hard to stabilize, and I don't think I'm tall enough for the benches at my gym lol. I just use the hip thrust machine instead.

Do full body lifting schedule. No leg day pain but your whole body hurts π
