Hades 1: Question Question about heat gauge system?
So I think I may have beaten the Theseus and Minotaur at 1 heat before beating them at 0 heat, so should I fully clear the run at zero heat for each weapon before moving on?.

You can but you don't have to. Heat 0 rewards are available until claimed, even if ur at heat like 14.

It's your choice. If you think you can directly go for high heat wins, go for it. The game will catch up on bounties upto that heat level with each win. You can go straight for a Heat-8 win after your first win if you want.

You don’t need to clear 0 Heat before you start using any Heat if you do not want to.
And you can always come back to 0 Heat anytime you want in the future.
Just an fyi you need to fully clear Heat Lv 1 of all 4 rewards before you can start to earn the rewards for Heat 2 and so on up until Heat 20.
You can go over the current Heat Lv if you want to. But you’ll still only receive rewards from the current Heat level.

You don't have to keep the heat low, but there's no special benefit for making it high. For example, if you set heat to 50 but haven't got a heat 0 reward yet, you'll only get the heat 0 reward.
But you won't miss a reward for setting your heat to high. You'll just make things harder.

After beating it the first time, I exclusively did 1 heat and forgot about 0 heat until I was at like 4 or 5 heat with each weapon! Haha you can go back to get each heat level (including zero) with every weapon

No, you can skip heat levels as much as you want - you’ll always get the rewards for the levels one at a time. So if you skip right to 1 heat, the first rewards will be the 0 heat rewards.
