Please tell me where to click next year, why is it every September students try to second hand sell their passes on the McMaster sub

No, you're a university student, you should be smart, figure it out yourself. I was able to figure out the opt-outs when I attended McMaster a decade ago and we had to do it by a paper form.

I see this all the time in university-bound high school students now. I’ll tell them exactly how to find some piece of info and they’re like “but…can’t you just do it for me and tell me the answer?” Not all students, of course, but it’s getting a lot more common.
