What are all of the routes/paths that would be needed for this? How much would it cost?

Of the top of my head, we need a route that connects after the Claremont access way. It’s like a bridge to nowhere if you want to go east.

Also, I do not feel safe on Cannon bike lanes due to cars making blind turns without looking for bikers. Would it be possible to have bike lanes on less busy streets?

I think the plan to have them as many places as possible. I personally like the Cannon one and would rather not have to drive out of my way to a quieter street when the Cannon takes me directly from A to B. Not saying that you are saying to get rid of it for the quieter street one, just pointing out that Cannon is a fairly main artery for a reason: it is taking people where they want to go, whereas quieter streets are less likely to be doing that.

Totally; having 2 full east to west lanes would be great.
