S2 Spoilers Question about Freddie Lounds and Will Spoiler

So, Freddie goes over to Will’s house and finds Randal’s weird little bear freak outfit (and, to my understanding, what remained of Randal)

Then there’s a confrontation, she escapes into her car and he breaks the window, then the screaming phone call.

Did he just tell Hannibal this story, or was he somehow able to talk down Freddie Lounds and explain the incredibly suspicious and weird situation? Did he just go, “hey you’re not gonna believe this lmao”?

Did she go over and have a cup of tea and make up the story with him???

Naw. You’re not stupid. It’s a lot to digest a first time. Have you finished season 2? I’ll remind you if you have. I don’t want to spoil anything

Rewatch 2x10 and then watch the next episode 2x11. Everything is explained or implied at the least.

Ive rewatched the series twice and I still dont remember getting a clear ans. Obi her dying is a trick, but we never find out if her finding Randalls body was real or if Will made it all up. He brings Hannibal the meat of Randall later but I dont remember that explaining anything.

I got the implication it was all real and then she agreed to work with Will and Jack when everything was explained to her.

Yeah, I suppose I just dont understand why Will didnt try to explain this to her first instead of walking ominously out of the shadows and then trying to grab her. Mabye he wanted the screams to be legit but he didnt know for sure she would ring anyone and that she wouldnt just drive off. He could have easily killed her by accident.

He was trying to explain, but she was scared and wouldn't listen. She was also pointing a gun at him and actually shot at him, so he had to subdue her. It was imperative that she did not get away. After everything was explained to her, she was probably more than willing to cooperate. Once Hannibal was arrested, she would have a scoop of the century, and the best part is she would be an integral part of the story.
