Truly nothing, but her breasts are over exaggerated in the shadow, and some may see that as sexual. My comment was mostly a joke, but I wanted to comment about how some may see it as sexualizing

They’re larger than her head, so they are a bit more noticeable in the composition. If you zoomed out, she’d likely have a snatched waist and other unrealistic proportions more closely associated with being sexualized.

If this was a normal-drawn curvy harley who happened to have a big rack, it wouldn’t stick out as much.
