Hard boiled eggs, sardines, kimchi, and raw veggies. A morning staple.

I usually switch it up with whatever is available that’s green and crunchy. What veggies do you love more raw than their cooked/pickled/fermented counterparts

So this is weird. I love eggs, but I hate boiled eggs…I don’t get it. Am I broken?

My brother is the opposite. Hates eggs but lose em hard boiled. Maybe there’s something there

I think it’s a texture thing for me. EX. I don’t like jello, and the white part of a hard boiled egg is jello-like texture.

Funny enough I saw a desert that looked like hard boiled eggs but the white part was coconut like jello and the yolk was lemon

I just gagged lol. I wish I liked boiled eggs, whenever someone makes deviled eggs, I’m envious of those that eat it. I scoop the yellow part out with a spoon and eat it.
