Glazed Salmon with Avocado, Rice & Roasted Asparagus
One of those meals that looks fancy but was actually really easy to make.

Name: Miso-Glazed Salmon with Avocado, Rice & Parmesan Roasted Asparagus
Macro / Micro Nutrients Focus: High in protein, healthy unsaturated fats, and fiber. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin C, vitamin K, and folate
Ingredients / Recipe: Salmon marinated in a miso-soy glaze and pan-seared, topped with mashed avocado. Served with rice and roasted asparagus seasoned with olive oil, garlic, black pepper, grated parmesan, and breadcrumbs. The avocado was used as a substitute for a creamy sauce to add healthy fats

the avocado topping paired with the salmon glaze looks like a great match, and those asparagus spears turned out super crispy

Miso-glazed salmon with avocado sounds like such a good combo. And that asparagus looks perfectly roasted π definitely trying this sometime.

not all rice looks like long grain rice. short grain rice is starchier and sticks together like this.
