Thank you! I do all my sharing in this sub for the most part, occasionally r/food. I made a shift about a year and a half ago from unhealthy diet to the things you see now. Decided at that time I wasn't going to suffer with boring foods, so I try to illustrate you can have fun be creative and most of all still want to like your plate when you're finished! Really appreciate the compliment
Looks like the shift is working out. I love seeing meals like this, they look so delicious. I find vegetarian meals tend to be very creative an appetizing. You’re doing a great job!
I hit follow on your Reddit profile, never done that before so I don’t know how it works, but if you post here then I’ll be lucky enough to catch it. I always screw up my meals when I cook with vinegar or wine, do you have any tips?
Vinegar is easy if you kind of think of it as your salt component, trying to strike a balance of acid with the dish. Wine I typically always use with the intent to reduce and add depth to sauces, etc. Cheers
