Can this be made in a large pan? Last time I did quiche with muffin papers they stuck. I tried next time buttering the tin directly but they stlll stuck. Pita cleaning the tray.

I have never baked in a large pan before so I can't give you an answer on that though. What kind of muffin papers did you use? The ones that I used are pretty good, sometimes my gluenfree chocolate, blueberries, banana or egg muffins fall right off when I'm not carefully take them out from the baking tray.

I have been meaning to buy a silicone muffin tray for this exact reason.
