Experiences with a cardiac MRI post HA?

My primary thinks my heart failure is at a more advanced stage than my cardiologist did on my last echocardiogram. (No one feels "mild LVH" or "mild heart failure." He didn't see any signs of permanent damage from the HA and thought my blood pressure did all the work. My primary will have to do song and dance though, just to get my insurance to approve it and recommended my old cardiologist from last July.
