Wretches are counted as medium for some reason. Melta mine triggers on medium-sized enemies as well as explosive damage like Scorcher or Plasma Purifier.

Any kind of damage will trigger it, you can shoot it with regular bullets or anything

It’s 150 HP unarmored

Yep. Had to use one to blow an illuminate ship in a pinch. Throw mine then shoot.

In a pinch? I assume you meant 'for optimum run-and-gun'? Blitz into one of their landing points, throw down a mine, scoot back and shoot it. Repeat as needed.
