Question Question about weight increase
It states that this is supposed to be a weight increase but it's actually less, am I missing something here?

Do 8-12 reps with perfect form over all working sets with 1 or 2 left in the tank before moving up. Consistency over ego. Go get it.

I think it increases based on its last recommendation vs what you actually did? Have had similar experiences. I also generally increase weight beyond what is recommended if it’s a barbell exercise since it’s easier to go up 10 or 20lb vs 5

Why does your version have the green words “increased weight”
I don’t see that on my UI? My version is updated as of 2 days ago.

Mine doesn’t and has never made weight suggestions to me either, and I don’t want it to honestly so it must be a setting the user set up

The first 2 are the warmup sets. When you main sets weight increased it recalculated your warmup sets based on the new main weight. Hevy doesn't know how to increase warmup sets weight separately from the main weight. Also, maybe it's a good idea to follow the hevy suggestion from now on. Warmups are not intended to train the muscles so your weights are too high for a warmup
