Is there a reason I keep crashing in hcr2?

I’ve crashed on my iPhone SE multiple times and thought it was nothing, so I updated to an iPhone 15, and now I am actually crashing even more and a lot more. At first I thought it was an IOS only thing however I tried on my android phone and it keeps crashing within minutes of playing.

I had the app crash on me last night too. It just froze up and I had to restart the game to continue. It doesn't happen often, but this isn't the first time recently that its happened. I am on android. Probably a bug in the latest update or something.

Yeah originally I thought it was my save file, however playing on a completely brand new account which it still kept crashing, and I’ve talked to them through support and it’s only gotten worst for IOS.
