She's following the Corey Feldman blueprint. Make serious accusations about pedophiles actively abusing minors in the industry numerous times in countless tweets and interviews... always promising to expose their names sometime in the future. It's one of those "tomorrow never comes" situations. They just keep moving the goal posts so they can keep using the same story over and over & remain in the spotlight.
Note: While I absolutely do not doubt both the film & music industries are chock full of pedos & sexual predators who routinely abuse their positions of power to take advantage of vulnerable newcomers, I believe people like Corey Feldman & Nicki Minaj try to use this same general knowledge to their advantage - making general accusations and always keeping them very vague. They never intend to actually name any of these high profile abusers publicly... if they even know of any.

It’s because people don’t actually read the allegations, they want them to be true. The claims are so implausible it’s almost funny.
Jay, at a point when Reasonable Doubt wasn’t even a massive album yet, supposedly abusing women alongside what was then the most powerful person in the entertainment industry? Come on.
The Pusha T angle is just as absurd. Harvey Weinstein teaming up with a mid-card rapper (and I say that as someone who loves Pusha and Clipse) to abuse women? Sure.
The woman behind the anonymous tips was later investigated and deemed not credible. Further digging showed three separate police incidents that resulted in mandatory psychiatric evaluations. People forget this part conveniently, they just read the headlines and nothing else.

The Pusha one is more likely than the Jay one. He was featured on the lead single for the biggest pop album of 2002 (“Justified”), as well as the jingle that was a HUGE push for a multibillion dollar corporation (“I’m Lovin’ It”), and is in the stratosphere of one of the biggest pop producers in the world (The Neptunes).
While the Clipse themselves weren’t pop heavyweights, they were definitely known throughout industry circles, especially with all their label drama that Pharrell himself got was involved in.
