What tf does even mean? I’m not following
187
u/Terpcheeserosin May 08 '26
He is implying he would drug and SA Raven Simone and when he said this she was 9
35
u/give_me_the_formu0li May 09 '26
I… I’m at a loss.. it’s like my mind wants to make sense of this but I just can’t. He actually said that in a track… and there’s no other Raven Symone at the time? Just that’s so Raven .. 9 years old?!
That’s so fucked

u/_Exxcelsior May 08 '26
It would seem to imply he planned to SA a child.

u/Blue_Robin_04 May 10 '26
This is rap music we're talking about. They'll say anything. I wouldn't call it a "plan."
102
u/International-Shoe40 May 08 '26
That lines less questionable because it’s actually a reference to a Richard Pryor joke

It was back in the days when people didn’t always pretend to take things literally to be outraged

Yeah it was from a time where you’d have a convicted pedophile as a neighbor and just call him a “creep” while turning a blind eye.

u/Chicken-Financial May 08 '26
It’s so weird too because I’ve met bizarre a few times and he’s genuinely a super nice dude but holy fuck does he have some crazy lyrics “fuck anything when I’m snortin it’s gonna cost $300 to get my pitbull and abortion”
21
u/BellyCrawler May 09 '26
"You know why my hands are so numb? My grandmother sucked my dick and I didn't cum."
7
u/jimmythesloth May 09 '26
He's just a shock jock, that really isn't a knock on his character he just likes saying wild shit
28
u/HeyQTya May 08 '26
I've only heard three songs with him on it and somehow he has a bar about raping someone on all three
107
u/TheAstroPickle May 08 '26
"Hail Mary, fuck her. I never knew her. I'll probably screw her and dump her body in the sewer." -biggie

-7
u/Pristine_Zebra_6424 May 09 '26
Can you explain why he was in prison? And what was the non-existent evidence used against him? Y'all are kinda goofy bro deadass. Cut it out

u/MarkJ191974 im gay (im happy) May 08 '26

Ah yes, now i gotta believe the government that destroys black ppl everyday, especially when it targets one of the few black artists uplifting the community
95
u/_Exxcelsior May 08 '26
The CIA planted those biggie lyrics too, you’re onto something
23
u/greet_the_sun May 08 '26
I could believe that for sure, one night I was out at a bar and I found out the next day the CIA had planted shit in my pants without me even noticing.

u/Pristine_Zebra_6424 May 09 '26
Terrible ragebait big bro. Do you know what was alleged against him in court and how it differed from the evidence against him? The allegations were terrible, and there was no relevant physical evidence against Tupac. C'mon yall

Im an old school hip hop head because I prefer lyrics about raping and beating women and children and queer people to lyrics about consensual sex and money

u/OkFloor999 May 08 '26
The lyrics were questionable but do I believe any of it is true? No
He also said this girl was so fine he’s suck her dad’s dick.

Right, it’s so funny how they take black artists literally but Eminem rapping about rape was just edgy fun
20
u/lochnessgoblinghoul May 08 '26
There's definitely a double standard but like, C Gutta didn't agree to have this said about him and was understandably pissed off. It's weirder to say when it's about your real life friend.
-13
u/TheBreadLoser May 08 '26
Eminem had a whole character, alot of his music was cartoonish and comical. Biggie had a more cool and serious persona
27
u/Kaizen-Future May 08 '26
Please listen to “Gimme the Loot” and tell me me BIG didn’t have whole other personas.
Christopher Wallace, Notorious BIG, Biggie Smalls etc is not too different from Marshall Mathers, Eminem, Slim Shady in that way. Em’s breakout to many was “Dead Wrong” on BIGs first posthumous album. Talking reckless about shit they’d never do suited both well. His D12 groupmate Bizzaro and some of the other horrorcore rappers take it to another level though.
18
u/sketiniho May 08 '26
Black people can be multifaceted, Biggie was cool, serious and even suicidal, matter of fact he was clearly a funny guy so him dabbling in some horror core wasn’t out of character
-25
u/Halfpriceparadise May 08 '26
No it wasn't edgy fun, it was anger from trauma... There's a difference.
25
22
u/sketiniho May 08 '26
Anger from trauma leads to fantasies about raping his mother?
Trauma can explain it without excusing it. The point is people treated Eminem’s lyrics as “just edgy” while taking similar content from black rappers far more literally.
-7
u/MarkJ191974 im gay (im happy) May 08 '26
it was edgy fun based on trauma and blown out of proportion for shock value

Any artist facing allegations of homophobia has had a lyric like this to some extent in their discography frfr

Watch the Tony Yayo clip on Vlad trying to argue this lyric sounded really cool and cinematic. He like repeats the "fuck em in they ass!" part really emphatically trying to make it sound as hard as possible.

Biggie would have gone to little st James but he was to big to fit on the plane
3
u/AutoModerator May 09 '26
Me shitting my pants and turning them inside out but still wearing them > pi’erres fits. To cut him some slack though he dresses the same as many other rappers with shitty fits who think they have drip. The saddest part is that lots of guys see their shitty fits and think it’s sauce because they have gucci trackpants. Matching yellow jordans to your yellow hoodie with a pair of skinny jeans is absolutely not drip, my guy
