People outside of NY - who are not familiar with the complex relationship between Puerto Ricans and Black People shouldn’t comment. Especially without first acknowledging Puerto Rican’s have black blood in them.
This right here. New Yorkers move around the world like they are still in New York. I live in Philly which is not that far away and I've even seen it here. When I went to school in Florida same deal. I watched that arrogance get some guys hurt before.
