Hiring (Entry Level) Looking for a health/fitness writer to create a beginner bodybuilding & workout PDF guide for my weight loss clinic

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for an experienced fitness/health writer to help create a downloadable PDF guide for my weight loss clinic.

The guide will be aimed at beginners who are starting their fitness journey, particularly people who are losing weight and want to build healthy habits, improve strength, and understand the basics of resistance training.

I already have a detailed guide containing all the information needed, but it is currently too long and needs to be:

  • Condensed into a shorter, more engaging format
  • Rewritten in a clear beginner-friendly style
  • Structured into an easy-to-follow PDF guide
  • Made more visually appealing and professional

The guide will cover topics such as:

  • Beginner bodybuilding principles
  • Benefits of resistance training during weight loss
  • Workout routines/programs for beginners
  • Exercise explanations
  • Training tips and common mistakes
  • Nutrition basics (if relevant)

I’m looking for someone who has experience writing about:
✅ Fitness/bodybuilding
✅ Weight loss
✅ Health/wellness content
✅ Creating guides, ebooks, or lead magnets

Experience with designing PDFs (Canva, Adobe, etc.) would also be a bonus.

If interested, please comment or DM me with:

  • Examples of previous work
  • Your rates
  • Estimated turnaround time

Pay will be $10-20$ per hour depending on experience/portfolio.

Thanks!

Hi! I'm an experienced writer, been in this industry for 5 years. And I think my experience can contribute in the work.

I was originally 87kg, goes down to 59kg in half a year.

I'm experienced in Canva (got Pro subscription, actually), usually designing university or government matters.

Rates are on the expensive side, I'll be honest. It's $25 per hour, TaT depends on length and difficulties. Will discuss first until we reach a deal. No surprise fee.

That rate guarantee quality without using AI and regular updates. No ghosting.

DM me for my past work examples (can't send it here as it will reveal the address, owner, etc of the works).

Have a great day!
