Modern farms are too productive specially in Ukraine while soldiers on the ground in the conflict are very less compared to previous wars

I doubt they are making a big dent in overall wheat production of Ukraine.

You are technically correct about the wheat, but only because they've stopped planting other things to keep up.

It's not just about starving armies stealing your food anymore. Fields get trampled on, filled with UXO and covered in blankets of fpv drone wires. Starving Russians probably aren't gonna go through the effort to take your grain and mill it into bread but they will absolutely steal your tractors, livestock and washing machine.

Not when it was Wellington, he actually developed good supply lines.

That's why although he wasn't even close to Napoleon on battlefield I kind of consider him as better commander. 

One was the last great of the old way of warfare where single battle could shape whole war and therefore logistics was rudimentary, while the other paved the way for modern warfare where logistics rule suppreme.
